When you just don’t feel like cooking…this is what happens for dinner. 21 day fix approved!
3/4 c plain non fat greek yogurt
1 c strawberries
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
This would be really good with some frozen banana added too. Next time I’m going to do half banana/half strawberry.
21 day fix: 1 purple, 1 red, 1 teaspoon
