Peanut butter banana oatmeal

This is really just like my pina colada oatmeal, but with added PB and cinnamon instead of coconut and pecans.  My almost 2 year old gobbled it down.  The banana adds so much sweetness, you could really add a number of things in here to suit your taste or nutritional needs – protein powder, other nut butters, extracts, fruit.

1 banana
1/2 c oatmeal (I used quaker GF oatmeal)
1/2-3/4 c water or milk

Slice banana in microwave safe dish, top with oatmeal and water, mix.  Microwave for 2 minutes.  Carefully mash banana and oatmeal together, add more liquid to your preference.  Add spoonful of peanut butter and a few dashes of cinnamon, mix.

21 day fix:  1 purple, 2 yellow (or use 1/4 c oatmeal for 1 yellow), 1 teaspoon
