I was going through some pics yesterday and was looking at these two – quite the difference, no? Two totally different programs with different results! 21 day fix has much more strength training, as you can see; while T25 has more cardio. I’m starting to upp my mileage right now for a half marathon in December, so going to do more 21 day fix extreme workouts to balance out the cardio! I need more muscle in my life. Which one would you do?
