Hi! My name is Jodi, but many call me Red, after my maiden name. I’m a soccer player, runner, camping and nature loving wife and mother in the wonderful state of North Carolina. When I’m not corralling my two children I like to drink wine, read books and watch chick flicks.
In January 2016 I was working out at the gym, but struggling with eating healthy and looking good in a bathing suit when I decided to give 21 day fix workouts and eating plan a try. I lost 20 lbs in 4 months (to bring me to my current weight of 130ish); and have maintained it successfully. I am so in love with the ease of this eating plan and workouts I want to pass on the love! I went from a size 10 to a size 4, which I haven’t been in since high school. I love Beachbody and I hope you would be open to trying something new if you are struggling with finding a maintainable nutrition plan and workout program!
